2. Intellectual Property

The TTSGen name, branding, and website design are the property of the website owner. The TTS engine is powered by the open-source Kokoro-82M model, which is developed and maintained by third-party contributors under their respective open licenses.

You retain ownership of any text you submit, and we do not claim rights to the input or output audio. However, by using the service, you grant us a temporary license to process your input solely to generate the requested speech.

3. No Storage of Content

We do not permanently store the text you submit for conversion. All submitted content is processed temporarily and discarded after the audio is generated. Audio files may be cached temporarily for download purposes but are not stored long-term or reused.

4. Audio Output Usage

You are free to use the generated audio for personal, educational, or commercial purposes unless stated otherwise. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the audio complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Services

TTSGen may use third-party services such as analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdSense). Your use of the site may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
